Product Orders

If we cannot ship your order due to product unavailability or other fulfillment issues, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.
Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange shipping based on the details provided with your order. Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and include any relevant details in the Comments section on checkout.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. Any deliveries returned due to an incorrect shipping address will incur an additional shipping fee before re-shipment.
Shipping fees will be calculated and presented at checkout before you complete your transaction.
We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days. Any items temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as they are available.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse with tracking information that allows you to track delivery progress.
We cannot be held liable for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Please inspect packages upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you find any damage or discrepancies.

Payments & Pricing
